is a highly technical review of the VERIFICATION
process. It is designed for physician/MRO's
preparing for certification or wishing to
review the process. Definitions
are given for Unsuitable, Cancelled, Substituted,
and Adulterated Specimens, and the meanings
and required action for each category.

Results to Employers

This section
gives detailed information regarding the
MRO function of reporting lab results to
employers. The "new" 1998 nomenclature
and reporting rules are given and explained
in detail.

of "Bottle B" RE-TEST results

is devoted entirely to the "new" 1998 rules
for reporting "Re-test" results. The
new nomenclature is defined and explained
for these results from lab to MRO and from
MRO to employer.
