Nationwide Medical Review distinguishes itself from other MRO services by not competing with our customers. We function only as an MRO provider and collection site. Our Staff are all trained as MRO Assistants and focused on Client Service. Our staff answers the phone without an automated machine. We believe in speaking with our customers.

We understand the importance of our customers' receiving their results in a timely manner and strive to provide not only rapid results and reporting, but ACCURATE results.

In the past year we have upgraded our systems to allow our customers to connect directly to our office as well as created an online results reporting system to eliminate faxed reports. We have also increased our staffing by adding two additional MRO assistants and additional MRO physicians.

Our governing philosophy is to "empower" our customers, and we have developed successful training techniques to assure compliance with federal training mandates, and, often, to enable customers to streamline their DFW programs by bringing many of their DFW functions in house.

Our primary reporting system is a proprietary Lotus Notes Network, with the hub-server at our MRO site. This reporting system allows for a "location insensitive" interface with our employer/customers, and allows us to provide completely confidential reporting to customers nationwide with the speed, power and flexibility of the Internet.

Nationwide Medical Review is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fall Creek Health and Safety, Inc., an Indiana corporation. Our expertise and resources are 100% committed to designing, implementing and sustaining a drug free workplace for our customers. Though we are capable of functioning as a TPA or consortium, our long suite is MRO service and DFW consulting. Providing quality customer service has caused our company to double in size each year for the past 5 years.

By reason of training, experience, and operating methods, we are fully competent to manage federally regulated programs in full compliance with all the rules. We also have experience and expertise in the "non-regulated" arena as well.
